Jakir Hussain, a first-generation Indian artisan from Jodhpur, is renowned for his exceptional work with bone and horn. His craftsmanship has earned him accolades from state, central, and international art critics and governments. Despite leaving school at a young age to support his family, Jakir honed his skills in metal sculpture and later transitioned to ivory carving and eventually bone and horn. His unique style and intricate products reflect his exceptional skill, making his work difficult to replicate.

Jakir Hussain received the coveted National Award for this product. This is a 10-foot train, which is also one of Jakir's favourite art pieces. It took him four years to make it. In 2007, he started the work and completed it in 2011. Jakir also received a letter from the DC Handicrafts Ministry of Textiles.
